Anvisningsbrev (instruction letter)
A letter from an authority telling you what to do next.
An anvisningsbrev is a letter in which an authority instructs you — that is, tells you what you are expected to do in your case and by when.
Example
You receive a letter saying you need to demonstrate your knowledge of Swedish society, and how to do it.
Why it matters
The letter often includes a final deadline to act. If you miss it, your case can be delayed.
